i did hear that in the top end housing market from one real estate goup that 40% of the buyers were russians and i am sure they just want to just get on the plane and not wait for a new visa to clear every time they go away which might deter them from investing here

you should also think of other countries that can afford to fly to your country and buy real estate, not only russia has rich,,,,,
