@krazychivista67 I think we get the tool because the handset is unlocked, so we need to change the sim card out, whereas in the US Apple are thinking AT&T only, so need to include it.

@TheBugZzBunnY O2 offer PAYG sims. As for T-Mobile I think your only option is to get a full size one and then cut it down to size. I did this with my T-Mobile contract sim card and it works fine.
@TheBugZzBunnY If you are in the UK, then from the UK Apple Store online. In the USA I am not so sure. Maybe look at importing one.

@areeb2701 If you order online in the UK it does not come with a sim card, you need to get one from a network. If you buy in store, I think they might have some options, but I am not 100% sure. If you have a mobile contract already, contact them and ask for a microSIM.
